COVID PLAN

We here at Sharkfin SUP rentals want to help provide you with to enjoy being on the water, while also providing a safe environment for our guests and team.

Following the advice of public health officials, we are taking the following steps to help protect you and our team:

1. We'll be practice social distancing with you during pickups/dropoffs.

2. All rented equipment (including paddleboards, safety gear, etc.) will be cleaned after each rental period. We will also clean touch points (e.g., basket) on the delivery bikes between deliveries.

3. Our team members will wear masks during pickups and returns, and sanitize their hands before and after interacting with each guest.

4. Hand sanitizer will be made available upon request during pickups and returns, just ask!

5. We only take contactless payment, either on our website or via credit reader.

6. Guests must inflate their own paddleboards. Don't worry, it's a great pre-paddle workout.

7. If you have:

   • had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days;

   • been asked by Public Health to self-isolate;

   • arrived from outside of Canada in the last 14 days;

   • had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

   please visit another day. For guests that have already booked a paddleboarding kit, please get in touch with us to reschedule!
